Introduction

Welcome to Trust Travel Hurghada. By booking a tour, transfer, or excursion with us (via www.trusttravelhurghada.com or in person), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Booking and confirmation

Reservations: Bookings can be made online or at our office. A booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email or ticket from us.
Accuracy: You must ensure that all details provided (names, dates, hotel locations) are accurate. We are not liable for errors in booking details provided by you.

Payment

Prices are quoted in the currency specified at the time of booking.
Full payment or a deposit (as specified for the particular tour) is required to secure your reservation.
We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation by You:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the trip start time: Full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip start time: No refund (100% cancellation fee).

Cancellation by Us:
We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participation. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

Liability

Trust Travel Hurghada acts as an agent for third-party suppliers (e.g., boat operators, dive centres, safari guides). While we select our partners carefully, we do not accept liability for their acts or omissions.

We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless caused by our direct negligence.

Customers participate in active tours (e.g., quad biking, snorkelling) at their own risk. You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to participate.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend that you have comprehensive travel insurance that covers activities such as water sports, desert safaris, and medical repatriation.

Customer conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who behaves in a disruptive, threatening, or abusive manner. In such cases, the tour will be terminated immediately with no refund.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hurghada, Egypt.
